Called in here while in the area. Closing time is 6pm and at 4:45pm the outside seats were taken in and a number of seating sections inside closed off.
Very blunt and abrupt staff at the counter, so rude I did a double take.
The table was not clean and I wiped it myself.
The coffee was better than average for Costa.
I would not return.
This is Costa at Manor Park Tralee. Espresso is ok but the place is dirty. Tables with crumbs and spilled milk. Floor not swept. The grey sofa at the back is in a terrible state (see photo). Toilets are smelly and dirty, could not stomach it ! If this is the level of general hygiene I would not touch any food here.
Pay your straff better. I dont like when weitresses make noice cleaning the tables other that i’d say smile more to your customers. Place is lovley and so should the Experience be aswell. Thanks xxxoooo
Came here today to order new Honeycomb frostino as last week I had it and was delicious, but disappointed today as got it in plastic cup and completely different taste ( actually can't even drink it) lovely young lady at the till. Girl making coffee I can't say the same 🙈not coming back here anymore, really disappointed. …
Very poor service here. Tables not cleaned after use and tissues, food & rubbish on ground.
